What does a check mean? It's not a keyword?
No, a check is not a keyword. 1 check is checking the ranking of a website for 1 keyword in 1 search engine and 1 location. For example, 500 checks is checking of 500 keywords in Google in the location of Canada with English. But if you add Bing, you'll able to check only 250 keywords, because 500 checks = 250 keywords * 2 search engines * 1 locations (in each search engine).
