This Privacy Policy describes how Thundo accesses, uses, stores and protects user data, the types of users data Thundo collects or that users provide to Thundo when using the Services and products or in any way interacting with Thundo.​

If you continue to use the website and the Services after we have posted changes to this Privacy Policy, it means acceptance of those changes by you.

1. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA

We process the following data on our Website:

1.1. Details of website usage: IP‑address, browser, operating system, traffic data, device, your search queries on the Website. We may log, collect, and aggregate information about, among other things, IP address, operating system, device, and browser software used by users of our website, which pages of our websites were visited, when they were visited or what search queries were used. 

When you visit or sign in to our Website, cookies and similar technologies may be used to associate these activities with the personal information others have about you, including association with your email. Thundo uses Google Analytics & Google Search Console, web analytics services of Google LLC. The use includes the Google Analytics Universal operating mode. This facilitates the assignment of data, sessions and interactions across several devices to a pseudonymous user ID and thus the analysis of a user's activities across devices. 1.2 Email address. You can register using an email, in this case you need an email address only, or using third‑party services, such as Google, Facebook, or Apple. In the latter case in order to authenticate you we will receive your name and email address as permitted by your profile settings on the third‑party service. The information we receive when you sign up/in through a third‑party service depends on the settings, permissions, and privacy policy controlled by that third‑party service. We also use your email to send transactional, marketing and newsletter emails, if applicable.

1.3 Communication details. We collect personal data that you voluntarily give us when you contact us with inquiries (including filling out forms on our websites) or contact our customer support regarding a problem you are experiencing with the Services or otherwise contact us regarding the website or the Services.

1.4 Details in forms: name, last name, company name. You may add your name and last name in the Account settings. If you use a third‑party service for authentication, we will receive and store the name and last name added in the third‑party service. You can also add a company name in the settings to brand your reports.

1.5 Payment details: transaction list, the name on the card, transactions date and time, payment amount, payment card expiry date, payment card number. We collect and store details of transactions you make using the Services including information you provide so that we can process your order. Such information may include financial information such as your credit card number, the name on the card, VAT, billing address and other payment information. Our payment system may need additional information to process your order, such as phone number, additional billing information and other. We don't receive, store or in other way process such information.

1.6 Testimonials. We collect and display personal feedback of satisfied customers and users of the Services. With your consent, we may post your feedback, along with your name, last name, legal entity name and its logo on the website. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, contact us at support@thundo.com.

2. PURPOSES OF USAGE

We use and store the personal data we collect, described above, as follows:

  • to continuously improve our Website and user experience of our customers;
  • to authenticate you in our SEO tool and so that you can further use the Services;
  • to provide support, communicate with you, efficiently solve your questions and problems and answer your inquires;
  • to process your transactions, give you information about your transaction history and linked card;
  • to share your personal experience about the Services and build trust with potential Thundo customers;
  • to ask for feedback and your experience using the Services;
  • to inform you about your account status and payments so that you can use your account without halting and lacking opportunities;
  • for marketing and advertising purposes, including but not limited to: sending you product updates, emails about our tools and services and other promotions, including by email or push notification, if applicable;
  • for other internal business purposes, such as data analysis and research, studies or surveys and identifying usage trends.

3. PERSONAL DATA RETENTION

We store your personal information as long as reasonably necessary to provide you with the Services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes and prevent abuse. After the applicable retention period has elapsed, your personal data will be anonymized or deleted.

We have implemented measures designed to protect your personal information we process. But the transmission of information on the Internet is not guaranteed to be completely secure. While we do everything to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of your personal information you provided to us.
