    • How to Subscribe

    To use Thundo tools one must have a subscription. Each Subscription (or Pricing Plan) includes different amount of limits and features. Use either way to start a subscription:

    • Hit  in the header, choose a plan and click Subscribe
    • Click Subscribe and go to Bliilng page, then tap Upgrade plan and pick a plan.

    Toggle the switcher Pay annually and get a discount. 
    How do I know which Pricing Plan suits me?

    Every subscription allows different amount of checks / keywords, projects, Guest Users and other features. Choose a plan that includes all the websites and keywords you need to track.

    If you're not sure how much keywords you'll have or you want just to test our tools, sign up and have a free trial (no card required) or continue using Thundo with a minimum subscription you need — you can upgrade and add new projects and keywords anytime.

    How to Upgrade or Downgrade Subscription

    1. Go to Billing page and press Change plan or tap  in the header.
    2. Choose necessary plan.
    3. Toggle the switcher Activate immediately when upgradiing to get all additional limits at once. Otherwise changes will be applied at the next billing cycle.
    4. Click Apply.

    How to Change Linked Card

    If your card is expired, you want to change linked card credentials or change Card payment to PayPal or Business Purchase, contact us via chat or email support@thundo.com.  We'll terminate your current Subscription, delete linked card and you'll be able to add another card or payment method.

    How to Cancel Subscription

    Go to Billing page and click Suspend subscription. But we'd be very sorry to see you go! Please contact us via chat or email support@thundo.com and tell us what's gone wrong so that we can impove our tools ✨

    You can resume your subscription anytime.

    Subscription Statuses

    • Trial — your subscription is active. You can use all tools available on Apprentice (500) plan;
    • Active — your subscription is active. You can use all tools available on your Pricing plan;
    • Suspended — your subscription is active, but auto‑renewal is disabled. However your card is still linked and you can resume your subscription at any time. You can use all tools available on your Pricing plan till the next billing cycle date;
    • Expired — your subscription is inactive. You can't use any tools, but you can pick a plan and continue using Thundo tools;
    • Terminated — your subscription is active, but auto‑renewal is disabled and the card is unlinked. You can use all tools available on your Pricing plan till the next billing cycle date.
